Data Controller

Touchport LLP, Pune acts as the data controller for account information and the data processor for API request data.

Data Processing

GSTIN numbers and invoice data submitted via the API are processed only to return tax rate information and are not stored beyond the request lifecycle. API request data (query strings, IP addresses) is retained for maximum 30 days for debugging purposes only. We do not sell, share, or use API request data for marketing purposes.

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect necessary contact and billing information (such as email, name, and payment details) to manage your subscription. This information is shared exclusively with our payment processor (Razorpay) and is never shared with third-party advertisers or remarketing platforms.

Data Residency

All data is processed and stored in India (Supabase ap-south-1 Mumbai region / Railway India region).

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and our data practices are governed by the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008.
